Damn stupid school costing me TWO awesome job oppurtunities…. BC
I have one character named “Drew Friddle” who I made as a DS (Don’t Starve) rp character for tumblr. She was a super villian from the 40s but I decided that she should be a superhero. Her crew are still considered criminals though lol (vigilante justice isn’t acceptable, kids.).
I’ve decided that another DS character I had is going to be her archnemesis. Her name is “Jodie” and she’s cute and fun but pretty desctrutive.
Drew and Jodie have a “Batman/Catwoman” relationship, but less sex involved… because they’re both teenagers and it’s a little weird for me to think of them like that. 8T
I only think of the gender binary when it comes to prefered pronouns. I’m not sure if there’s a set of pronouns for any and all genders but I’m aware of 3 sets that go along the extreme sides of gender, male and female, and the neutral pronouns that people use (I’ve only really seen the ones that start with “z” used but I’m aware there’s more).
The gender EXPRESSION of these 25 characters are all over the spectrum. And yeah, I think of expression as something seperate from pronoun preference. Like just because you wear make-up and dresses doesn’t make someone less male than they want to be.
I mean, that’s basic gender 101 but I felt it was improtant to talk about. I don’t know. I think gender is fascinating and I can talk about it in terms of it’s use in fiction forever!
So I added a few more ladies to my little character project which jumps it from 21 to 25 lol XD
I couldn’t help it. I had to even it out with the male characters. So I have 20 characters that conform to the gender binary (only in the sense that they have choosen one spot in the spectrum to describe themselves) and 5 character who are completely non-binary (agendered and genderfluid u.u).
I’m pretty excited about it but I might have to change my tag for this project lol
